Exclusive roofing leads and booked appointments for roofing contractors
Buy roofing leads that only your company gets
Homeowner leads from people who asked for a roofer, filtered to the ZIP codes you serve and sent to one company: yours. The terms are on this page before you spend a dollar.
One roofer per lead
Never resold to the shop down the street.
Your ZIPs only
Filtered to the areas your crews work.
- Exclusive to you
- Your ZIP codes
- Written credit rules
- No long-term contract
Why owners stop buying leads
Most roofing leads are a callback race you already lost.
Owners on roofing forums describe the same problems over and over. These are the ones our terms are written to fix.
- 01
Shared leads sold to four roofers
You pay for the lead, call in ten minutes, and the homeowner has already heard from three other companies. The job turns into a price war.
- 02
Twelve-month agreements
Annual contracts with confusing cancellation, so you keep paying long after you know the leads don't close.
- 03
Leads you can't use
Addresses an hour and a half outside your area, and inspections on roofs that are two years old.
- 04
No-shows and surprised homeowners
Appointments where the homeowner doesn't know which company is coming, or didn't really want an inspection.
Programs
Pick the kind of roofing work you want more of.
Every program delivers homeowner or property-owner requests, not names pulled from a database. Availability depends on your territory, which we confirm by ZIP code on the call.
How it works
From territory check to first lead.
- 1
Check your territory
On a short call we confirm which of your ZIP codes are open and what kind of work you want: replacement, storm, appointments.
- 2
Set your filters
Service area, homeownership, roof age and job type are agreed in writing before the first lead is sent.
- 3
Homeowner asks for a roofer
A homeowner in your area requests a roofing quote or inspection and gives consent. The lead is matched to one roofer in that ZIP: you.
- 4
Delivered in real time
The lead lands in your CRM, inbox or phone with its consent certificate, so you can call while the homeowner is still by the phone.
- 5
Test batch, then scale
Start small, track cost per signed roof, and add volume only when the numbers work. Bad leads are credited under the written policy.

Guide
Roofing leads: types, prices and how to choose
Roofing leads are contact details of homeowners or property owners who want roof work, sold to roofing contractors. They come in four main types: shared leads, exclusive leads, booked appointments and data lists. Each differs in who else gets the contact, whether the homeowner asked for a roofer, and what you pay.
Shared leads
One homeowner request sold to several roofers, often 2 to 4. Cheaper per lead, but you race other companies to the callback and compete on price.
Exclusive leads
One homeowner request sold to one roofer. Higher price per lead, no callback race, and a cleaner path to an inspection if you respond fast.
Booked appointments
An inspection already on your calendar. The highest price per unit; worth it when the owner sells and there's no one to set appointments.
Data lists
Records of homeowners, such as home age or storm zones, who never asked for a roofer. Cheap, but it is cold outreach with consent and Do Not Call rules on you.
How much do roofers pay per lead?
What do roofing leads cost? Vendor asking prices vary widely by type, territory and exclusivity, and the number that matters is cost per signed roof, not cost per lead. Our cost guide lists sourced, dated price ranges. See roofing lead prices.
How to choose
- Start from your numbers: average job value, gross margin and close rate tell you what you can afford per signed roof.
- Match the type to your team: fast callers do well with exclusive leads; owners without a setter may prefer appointments.
- Get the 7 terms below in writing, and start with a test batch before committing volume.

Before you buy
Before you buy roofing leads: 7 things to get in writing.
Ask any lead seller, including us, for these 7 things in writing before you pay. If they won't put one on paper, assume the answer is no.
1. What “exclusive” means
How many roofers get the lead, and whether it is ever resold, recycled or sold later as an aged lead.
2. Your territory
Which ZIP codes or counties you get, and whether anyone else buys in them.
3. The credit policy
Which bad leads get credited, the reporting window, and what is not covered.
4. The consent record
Whether every lead comes with a timestamped consent certificate you can see.
5. Filters and fees
Roof age, homeownership and job-type filters, and whether any of them cost extra.
6. Contract length
Whether you can start with a test batch and stop without a 12-month agreement.
7. Delivery
How fast leads arrive and where: CRM, email or text.
Territory

Is my territory exclusive?
It depends on your market. On the call we tell you which ZIPs are open and whether anyone else buys in them, and whatever we agree is put in writing.
Leads go where your team already works.

| Bad leads | Limited or unclear credits | Written credit policy |

Who you'll talk to
A real person on the call, not a sales script.
You'll talk to the person who sets up your territory and filters. We'll go through your ZIPs, your job size and your weekly capacity, and tell you plainly whether we can help.
- We don't guarantee close rates. Nobody honest can.
- We don't handle insurance claims or talk to adjusters for homeowners.
- If your ZIPs aren't open, we'll say so on the call.
Fit
Who this is for, and who it isn't.
A good fit
- US roofing companies that install and want more re-roof jobs
- Owners who can call a new lead back within minutes
- Crews with open capacity in a defined service area
- Owners who track cost per signed roof, not just cost per lead
Probably not a fit
- Companies looking for cold lists to dial
- Anyone wanting guaranteed jobs or close rates
- Shops that can't follow up for a day or more
- Buyers who want leads outside the areas they serve
Run the math on cost per signed roof.
Plug in your price per lead, contact rate, close rate and average job value to see what a signed roof really costs you.

FAQ
Questions owners ask before the first batch
If your question isn’t here, bring it to the call. We’ll go through your territory, filters and numbers.
Book a strategy callAre your roofing leads exclusive, and how can I verify it?
Yes. Each exclusive lead is sold to one roofing company and is never resold or sold later as an aged lead. The exclusivity rule is written into our terms before your first batch, every lead carries a timestamped consent certificate, and if you find a lead was sold to someone else, it falls under the written credit policy. Ask us for the definition in writing on the call.
Is my territory exclusive?
Territory availability is confirmed by ZIP code on your call. We'll tell you which of your ZIPs are open, whether another roofer already buys in any of them, and what that means for you. We don't promise territory exclusivity on this page because it depends on your market; whatever we agree goes in writing before you pay.
How many leads can I expect in my ZIPs?
It depends on your ZIP codes, the season and the filters you set, so we don't quote a number on the website. Homeowner interest in roof replacement runs higher in spring and summer and lower in winter. On the call we look at your specific areas and give you a realistic range for a test batch, then you judge it on real results.
How fast are leads delivered, and to which CRM?
Leads are delivered in real time to your CRM, email or SMS, so your team can call while the homeowner is still by the phone. Delivery methods include a CRM webhook, Zapier, email and text alerts. We confirm the connection for your specific CRM on the call before the first lead is sent.
What happens if a lead is bad?
Credits cover disconnected or wrong numbers, renters or non-owners, addresses outside your ZIPs, and duplicates of leads already sent to you. Report it within the window in our credit policy by replying to the lead notification. A homeowner who isn't interested, doesn't answer or doesn't buy is not covered. The full policy is written down before you pay.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts. You start with a test batch, track what it costs you per signed roof, and scale only when the numbers work. If the leads don't work for your company, you stop. That's the opposite of the 12-month agreements many owners describe getting stuck in with shared lead marketplaces.
What's the difference between a lead and a booked appointment?
A lead is a homeowner request delivered to you in real time; your team calls, qualifies and books the inspection. A booked appointment is an inspection already confirmed on your calendar, which suits owners who sell but don't have a setter. Appointments cost more per unit and come with a written no-show policy. We help you pick on the call.
